Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage load booking, driver coordination, and shipment tracking for our US trucking operations. The role involves securing loads from brokers/shippers, negotiating rates, planning routes, and ensuring timely pickup and delivery while maximizing fleet utilization and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and book loads from brokers, shippers, and load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.).
• Negotiate freight rates to ensure optimal margins and profitability.
• Assign loads to drivers based on availability, HOS (Hours of Service), and route planning.
• Monitor shipments and ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
• Maintain continuous communication with drivers for updates and issue resolution.
• Update load status in TMS and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Manage detention, layover, TONU, and accessorial charges.
• Collect and verify PODs (Proof of Delivery).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and direct customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in US trucking dispatch (carrier side preferred).
• Strong knowledge of FTL operations (Dry Van/Reefer/Flatbed).
• Familiarity with load boards (DAT, Truckstop) and TMS systems.
• Understanding of HOS regulations and basic US geography.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in US night shift.
• Basic knowledge of freight documentation and compliance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,360.02 - ₹45,000.00 per month
