Dispatch Executive profile, Chocolate factory (experience is a must in MS Excel & dispatch)
Timing: 8.30 am - 6.00 pm, Monday - Saturday
Salary: 14,000 p.m.-22,000 p.m. (depending on experience)
Location: Sewri, Mumbai

We are the first farm to bar sugar free chocolate makers in the world. Our chocolate is vegan, gluten free, low carb and has 45% fewer calories as compared to a sugared chocolate. We use clean ingredients, source organically grown cacao beans (from our farm in Wayanad, Kerala), natural sweeteners and real inclusions like berries, nuts, orange, salt etc. We are here to make a difference and create a portfolio of products to cater to a healthy lifestyle.

Skill set:
Organizational skills: Expected to be organized and able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Communication skills: Communication is needed for working with people and completing job tasks effectively. So, it is important to have exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Computer skills: To perform the job effectively, advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications especially in Excel is a must.
Job Role:
Responsible for Handling B2B, B2C, Qcommerce dispatch i.e. processing & dispatching orders of Amazon, Shopify & other portals
Provide relevant data and analysis to the operations team throughout the supply chain
Handle all logistics claims and discrepancies with follow ups and reporting
Manage the shipping aggregators and delivery partners.
Manage RTOs, returns and claims on portals.
Provide accurate and efficient record keeping for all delivery orders.
Complete administrative duties as required ; accurately complete daily order booking, orders dispatched, pending orders, unshipped report, delivery exception report and RTO & returns report.
E-Commerce dispatch experience (who has handled more than 150 shipments a day) is preferred.
