Job Purpose:
Responsibilities:
Prepare invoice form and process the same to execute the order.Arrange transport for dispatch as per schedule.Make sure that dispatched is done as per the order given by the customer.Will manage the timely dispatch, pick up, and delivery of every order.Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via Telephone calls and emails by providing consignment tracking, information, and guidance.Prepares tracking reports of consignment and summarizing information.Candidate must be bold and open to talk with transporter and driver.
