. Supervise and coordinate the activities of dispatchers and drivers.
2. Plan, organize, and prioritize dispatch operations to meet customer demands.
3. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods, while minimizing delays and costs.
4. Monitor and manage route optimization, driver performance, and vehicle utilization.
5. Coordinate with customers, drivers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates.
6. Analyze and resolve dispatch-related problems, such as traffic congestion, weather conditions, and vehicle breakdowns.
7. Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
8. Maintain accurate records and reports, including dispatch logs, driver performance, and customer feedback.

Pay: ₹10,371.33 - ₹25,26+.68 per month
