Location: Qality Bakers Auckland
Role: Dispatch Supervisor
Shift:
Saturday - 7.00pm - 7.15am
Sunday - 7.00pm - 7.15am
Monday 7.00am - 7.15am
Tuesday 7.00pm - 2.15am
Payrate: $39.08 plus $4.10 night shift allowance (from 10pm to 4.00am)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily dispatch operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Lead and mentor a team of dispatch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor dispatch schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines.
Implement and maintain safety protocols and standards.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve issues.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics.
Leadership Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Previous experience in Dispatch, warehousing or logistics
Previous manufacturing experience
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of production processes and safety regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
