Job Overview
We are looking for a Dispatcher with experience in US logistics operations to coordinate shipments, manage drivers, and ensure timely and efficient delivery of loads.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and assign loads to drivers as per schedules
Communicate with drivers, brokers, and clients for smooth operations
Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
Handle route planning and resolve operational issues
Maintain records of dispatch activities and updates
Work closely with operations teams to improve efficiency
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in US logistics/dispatch operations
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of logistics tools and systems is preferred
Shift Timing: 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM (US Shift – Onsite)
Working Days: 5 days a week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
