Job Description
As The Dispute Resolution Officer You Will
Analyse, manage and resolve complaints received by the Commission in accordance with the Anti-Discrimination Act 1++1, the Human Rights Act 201+, and other relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
Assess the most appropriate means of dispute resolution for each complaint, including facilitating conciliation conferences.
Maintain accurate and timely records of complaint management and enquiries.
Take personal responsibility for learning and development and share feedback and insight to contribute to building the team's knowledge.
Answer enquiries from the public and provide appropriate information and referrals.
Other duties as directed, including supporting the Commission's training and community engagement functions.
