About the Role
The Distribution Account Manager, APAC leads and manages an assigned base of APAC Managed Service Providers (MSP’s) to drive sales activity that delivers incremental growth and market share. Location - Hybrid remote in Sydney, Australia
Ability to travel across the Asia Pacific territory (25%)
What You’ll be Doing
Partner and Territory Impact:
Manage and grow assigned MSP partners, primarily through direct Distribution management, to meet/exceed defined territory metrics and sales quota expectations
Possess the ability to identify trends, communicate best practices, and analyze behaviors leading to new opportunities or threats within the assigned territory
Conduct partner-specific Business Reviews with both distribution partners as well as top regional MSP’s to drive alignment on performance, successes, and areas of improvement
Travel to visit partners at their location of business, tradeshows and other industry events
Build and Inspire Partners:
Ownership of distribution planning that ensures a strong MSP experience through compelling programs and streamline buying process
Identify growth potential within territory and invest in those partners with prescribed enablement, growth planning, and co-selling activities to meet desired outcomes
Inspire new and existing partners with the NinjaOne value proposition, supported by strong product roadmap vision and a resource model to help them win in their market
Create sustainable partner relationships built on trust
Advocate for your partners by communicating new and evolving customer requirements internally to Sales, Product, Marketing and Engineering leadership
Report and escalate territory risk, including competitive threats that could lead to customer dissatisfaction or churn
Professional Representation of NinjaOne:
Strong understanding of the IT Channel, and demonstrated fluency in selling to and supporting different partner types, including Manage Service Providers (MSP’s), Distributors, and Resellers
Strong presentation skills to deliver effective messaging to meet the unique requirements of the partner/customer
Possess strong executive presence with both partners and internal stakeholders, supported by good business acumen, skills, and consistent grasp of the NinjaOne business
Use a combination of analytical skills and channel business acumen to identify problems, find solutions, and improve relationships
Leverage relationships to secure valuable customer references
Provide new partners with an effective onboarding experience that not only creates a meaningful fast start, but more importantly sets a strong first impression of NinjaOne
Establish trust-based relationships with executive leadership within top NinjaOne partners, including distributors, creating the ability to influence sales outcomes while providing an escalation path for issue resolution.
Maintain a satisfactory level of technical knowledge of NinjaOne products and process to be an effective front-line resource for territory partners

About You
5+ years of demonstrated Channel Sales experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven sales professional with the ability to challenge and inspire others
Strong understanding of the MSP partner community and working experience of their support through IT distribution
Familiarity with SaaS sales motions, with Cyber Security/Data Security experience preferred
Polished communicator who can translate technical features into business benefits
Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com and PowerBI
