Job Description

The role

As our new Mailroom Operator, you will report to the Distribution Manager and be responsible for sorting, coding & allocating incoming correspondence for various departments across the business.


You will:

Review all incoming faxes, letters and emails that relate to individual policies.
Verify, code and allocate mail to the correct department.
Send out mail within a timely manner to meet contractual agreements.
Organise and manage printing and mailing documentation & track mailing dispatches.
Problem solve any errors on printers and mailing machines.
Identify and report potential risks or inadequate controls related to compliance or operational risks.

Maintain awareness, understanding and compliance with Company policies and procedures, including the on-time completion of mandatory training.
