About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Distribution Channel Manager to join our team and help us expand our distribution network in the Delhi NCR region. As a Distribution Channel Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, appointing, onboarding, and managing FMCG distributors to the Badho platform. You will leverage your strong network and expertise to establish and nurture relationships with distributors, ensuring smooth onboarding and effective collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, appoint and onboard FMCG distributors to the Badho platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Establish strong relationships with distributors, understanding their needs and providing necessary support to maximize their potential
• Convince distributors (primarily businessmen managing field teams) to partner with Badho by clearly communicating the platform’s benefits and value proposition
• Manage distributor networks effectively, ensuring timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and customer support) to increase distributor engagement and platform usage
• Provide training and resources to new distributors, ensuring they are equipped to sell and manage orders on the Badho platform effectivel
• Monitor and analyze distributor performance, providing feedback and optimizing processes where necessary
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to drive continuous growth.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in FMCG distribution management.
• Proven track record in identifying and onboarding distributors in Delhi NCR.
• Strong network of FMCG distributors in the region.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to convince and influence decision-makers.
• Ability to manage field teams and oversee distribution operations.
• Deep understanding of the FMCG industry and distributor management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience working with tech platforms or digital transformation in the FMCG space is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Badho platform or similar platforms is advantageous.
