Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a Programme Delivery District Manager to join our Infrastructure and Investment Group (IIG) team. As a Programme Delivery District Manager, you will lead and manage infrastructure programmes and project teams, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and compliance with policies.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and manage programmes and projects within approved budgets and timelines.
Lead, mentor, and coach professional project managers and team members.
Identify and acquire construction project resources, oversee project Health and Safety, risk, and quality control.
The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of fit-for-purpose healthcare amenities, aligning with local, regional, and national programmes.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience leading portfolios/multiple programmes of work.
Relevant professional qualification and strong knowledge of construction programme and project management.
Experience in a Te Ao Māori environment and understanding Tikanga Māori.
