Position: Salesforce developer With Velocity- Lead

JD:
• Actively collaborate with functional/ business to identify and determine best approach/ solution, decide between declarative vs programmatic vs appexchange, etc.
• Expert with Salesforce platform architecture, capabilities and constraints across with various Salesforce Applications.
• Expert with security, integration, end-2-end technical solution
• Escalation point for technical issues.
• Proven ability to build, manage and foster team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creative, excellent problem-solving environment
• Good interpersonal skill, mentor resources, guide team for Salesforce best practices, coding and design
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualification:
• Atleast 3 years of experience developing Salesforce customization (Apex, VF, LWC, Aura), integration, developing and executing data migration
• Atleast 3 years of experience creating technical architecture of complex Salesforce implementations
• Atleast 6 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise solution projects with 3 years of experience with Vlocity projects
• Salesforce Certified, Certified Salesforce Technical Architect (Preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field with atleast 12 years of work experience, played TA role with projects
Preferred Skills:
• Expert with cloud computing solutions including cloud computing strategy, system design, implementation and management
• Consulting experience focused on cloud computing related consulting (SaaS, Multi-Tenant, Large Scale, Storage environment, etc)
• Demonstrated knowledge with XML, SQL, EAI processes etc
• Exposure on multiple implementation standards and methodologies
• Programming experience with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, business process automation, etc.
• Exposure with ANT, Eclipse, Deployment tools
• High work ethics with customer centric focus
