Over 1,800 branches and advisory centres and nearly 11,000 points of contact for dispensing cash are the face of and the driving force behind our bank in Germany.
The team is part of the Divisional Control Office. The Private Bank Germany Divisional Control Office (DCO) oversees the non-financial risks, conduct & control topics and regulatory changes. The team works across the PB GY franchise delivering complex key risk and control agenda, adding value for the Business to reduce complexity and enhance controls. The team works with cross-functional and global teams, collaborating with multiple stakeholders globally across the bank.

Key Responsibilities: (not limited to)
• Support the identification and assessment of key controls and key processes and their linkage data based as well as by conducting workshops with different stakeholders (e.g. Business, Infrastructure, Risk)
• Support the production and delivery of monthly PB GY Non-Financial Risk dashboards and reports (such as the Risk Appetite dashboard) and drive changes on an ongoing basis. Contribute to maintaining the Risk Appetite Statement
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting related to non-financial risk topics
• Support governance activities for PB GY Non-Financial Governance forums including Steering Committees, in particular, prepare presentations and other material
Education & Experience:
• Knowledge of non-financial risks
• Experience of maintaining and developing reporting dashboards and/or identification and assessment of controls and processes, preferred in the field of non-financial risks
• Relevant experience in the Retail Banking / Private Banking sector or several years of experience in financial services or consultancy (with Private Banking experience preferred but not essential) / Experience in the field of financial services or consultancy preferred
• Experience in working on projects preferably within an international environment
• University degree, preferably in Economics / Science / with quantitative background
Competencies:
• Very strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to work under pressure
