Description
Purpose of the Role
The role would be primarily responsible for ensuring improvements in Customer Service Levels across all Sales Channels. The person will also be responsible for Central logistics procurement and driving Best practices in warehouse and Logistics management.
Qualification & Experience
• MBA from Premier Institute like IIM, NITIE, S P Jain, IIT etc
• Minimum 3-4 years prior experience
• The person should have handled Logistics, Warehousing or Customer Service profiles in FMCG/Retails scenario
• Should have understanding of Demand/Supply planning
Key Deliverables of the Role
• Tracking and analysis of Customer Service KPIs across regions
• Moderate the interaction between the Regional team and Supply planners for integrated & optimal solutions
• Ensure sustainability and continuous improvement of Customer Service processes.
• Driving Supply Chain Improvement Initiatives and share best practices across regions.
• Driving excellence in Warehousing and Logistics at national level
