Job Description
Position open for Dock Hand at our family owned boat-in fishing lodge. Northwest Ontario...between Dryden and Kenora. We're looking to hire 2+ people for our 2026 season starting the first week of May and closing down the first week of September. Mid- August departure is also an option if you're a student or have other commitments.
Duties include assisting lodge guests on dock, fueling and cleaning boats, mowing grass, shuttling guests from vehicles to the lodge by boat, assisting with variety of grounds maintenance and repairs. The job does require you to be reasonably fit and able to lift/carry heavy items like propane tanks/ boat motors/ etc when necessary.
Private accommodations in your own cabin and all meals included.
$3,400.00- $4,000/month + free room and board +$1,500.00 end of season bonus + Tips.
Looking for an outdoors person who is personable, likes the outdoors, deals well with people, and willing to learn. Previous experience helps but not a requirement. We ask that you have a "Boat Handlers Certificate", basic knowledge of power & hand tools and a good attitude.
