Dock Installation Crew Member
Location: Bridgewater/ Service Area: lunenburg county

Responsibilities:
Assist with dock installation, repair, and removal
Operate and maintain tools, trucks, and light equipment
Handle materials such as rock, concrete, and pilings
Follow safety procedures and company standards on every job
Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
Requirements:
Construction or carpentry/labor experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, water)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Positive attitude and ability to work well with a crew
