Relocation Authorized:None Telework Type: Part-Time Telework Work Location:New Delhi About Bechtel About Document Management Function (DCC) in Bechtel: Document Management Function has critical role in project execution. This group is the custodian of project records generated by Engineering and Procurement. DCC processes each project record in Aconex (Bechtel's standard Electronic Document Management System). DCC's responsibilities include Processing Project Records in native formats, signed PDF format, converted PDF format from native file, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Distribution of Project Records from Aconex to Client, Construction, Engineering, Procurement teams and SuppliersSubcontractors as per distribution matrix defined for a project Protecting confidential Project Records in Aconex through ACL (Access Control List) to prevent unauthorized access. Quick retrieval of Project Records from Aconex Publishing document metadata to feed into Project Quality Dashboard as determined by Project Management Team Accurate turnover of Project Records (both electronic as well as hard copy) as determined by the Client in prime contract either to Home Office or to client after project closeout in India office. Supporting project for administrative tasks and reprographics work i.e bulk printing of large drawings on Plotters, creating physical dockets (binding, spiraling etc) and maintenance of engineering book library. Position: Document Control Technician : Agency Hire. Grade : 21 Experience : Fresher, or up to 2 years of work experience preferably in Information management and data management L ocation : Gurgaon Education: Graduate in any discipline and Computer Literacy. Certification in Information and Documentation Management is desirable. : Perform the DCC job assigned by DMG Team Leads in projects. Responsible formaintaining and organizing Project documents in Aconex EDMS software. Download client documents and process them to upload in Aconex. Perform Admin tasks as assigned in project. Perform Reprographics activities like large printings, document bindings, maintain engineering library books etc. Other Requirements Good communication skills (oral and written in English) Should be a fast learner and take initiatives Should have an eye for details to maintain quality of work as expected by Project. Should be a Team player Have good IT skills Proficiency in using Computers, and should have knowledge of MS-Excel, MS Access or any other Database Management Software Have the ability to priorities workload. Willingness to work extra time, if required in the project
