FLEXIBLE HOURS
Specific Responsibilities:
Operate scanning equipment and application software per standard procedures.
Maintain specified equipment. Cleaning, calibrating, etc.
Inspect and enhance scanned images (crop, rotate, deskew etc.).
Meet or exceed task productivity rates.
Complete assignments per production schedule.
Communicate exceptions and assist in problem solving.
Maintain sequence and overall care of customer physical documents.
Maintain electronic files per specifications for each project or customer.
Skills requirement:
Basic PC knowledge
Microsoft Windows Explorer proficient
Attention to detail
Strong problem solving and initiative
General office equipment knowledge
Ability to excel with repetitive tasks
Education Requirement:
High school degree or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. (Banker boxes)
Must have good hand-eye coordination.
