• Job Title: Documentary Video Editor
• Location: Head Field, Sector 58, Noida
• Job Type: Full-Time (Night Shift)

📝 About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Documentary Video Editor to bring compelling stories to life through powerful visual storytelling. You will work closely with the director, producer, and other creative team members to shape raw footage into a polished, emotionally engaging final product.
🎥 Key Responsibilities:
• Edit long-form and short-form documentary content from raw footage to final delivery.
• Structure story arcs, pacing, and emotional beats in collaboration with the director/producer.
• Sync, cut, and organize multi-camera interviews and B-roll footage.
• Incorporate archival materials, motion graphics, subtitles, and sound design.
• Collaborate with colorists and sound engineers for finishing touches.
• Maintain organized project files and backups throughout the editing process.
• Deliver final content in various formats (broadcast, digital, social, etc.).
✅ Qualifications:
• 2+ years of professional experience editing documentaries or non-fiction video content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (DaVinci Resolve, After Effects is a plus).
• Strong storytelling and narrative editing skills.
• Experience working with archival footage, interviews, and verité-style footage.
• Familiarity with color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
• Attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to work independently under deadlines.
