Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Export Documentation Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all export documentation processes and ensuring smooth communication with shipping lines and relevant authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Submitting Shipping Instructions (SI) on various shipping line portals.
• Uploading Shipping Bills (SB), Verified Gross Mass (VGM), and other required documents.
• Applying for Form 13 and related formalities on the ODEX platform.
• Coordinating with shipping lines, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely submission of documents.
• Ensuring compliance with export regulations and documentation standards.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in export documentation within the freight forwarding industry.
• Hands-on experience with submitting documents on shipping line portals.
• Familiarity with ODEX for Form 13 submission, VGM, and Shipping Bill uploads.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with shipping lines and customers effectively.
