Job Title: Documentation – Executive LOGISTICS SECTOR

Department: Customer Service / Operations

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 0 – 3 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage export/import documentation in compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
Scan, verify, and maintain shipping and logistics documents such as invoices, bills of lading, and packing lists.
Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure timely movement and clearance of shipments.
Respond to document-related queries from the customer service team and provide accurate and timely support.
Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness to avoid delays or compliance issues.
Requirements:

0–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with good Excel skills also welcome)
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Good communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Work timing: 10 am - 7 pm

Working days: Monday - Saturday

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
