You:
Have a strong work ethic and a true passion for dogs
Possess solid knowledge of dog behaviour
Are punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
Deliver exceptional customer service
Have a sharp eye for detail (feeding, administering meds, safety protocols)
Thrive in high-energy, fast-paced settings
Can confidently multi-task while staying organized and professional
Are comfortable managing a busy phone system and booking appointments
Have experience using a retail POS system
What You’ll Be Doing
Supervising and safely managing daycare dog groups
Feeding dogs and maintaining detailed feeding logs
Handling front reception and a busy phone system
Booking appointments and assisting clients
Using programs such as Microsoft Office, Retail POS systems, Canva, and CapCut
Providing outstanding customer service and resolving concerns professionally
Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the facility
Walking small groups of dogs and ensuring their well-being
Working both independently and collaboratively with the team
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional, hands-on dog handling experience (required)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to follow established protocols carefully and consistently
Confidence in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Strong attention to detail (especially feeding and administering meds)
Positive attitude and willingness to grow
Flexible availability (evenings and weekends required)
Compensation & Growth
Wage negotiable based on experience
Always above minimum wage
