About This Role
We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented Pet Care Specialists who:
• Communicate’s clearly and professionally
• Love animals & enjoy working outdoors
• Have consistent weekday availability (especially 12–4 PM)
• Are comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
• Want flexible, part-time, supplemental income
This role is best suited for part-time, supplemental income only.
Hours are based on client demand and are not guaranteed. However additional visits may be available during mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Dog walking (30, 45, and 60-minute visits)
• In-home pet sitting visits
• Providing fresh water, feeding, and basic care
• Sending detailed visit updates with photos/videos
• Travel between client homes
• Maintain The Golden Leash service standards
• Ensuring pets are safe, happy, and cared for while owners are away
Pay & Perks:
• Paid training: $7.25/hr (short training period)
• After training: Starting at $12.00/hr + tips + bonuses

Requirements:
• Must be 18+ years old
• Must have reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
• Must have a smartphone
• Must be able to travel within the Greater Houston area
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must pass background screening
