As a Dolce & Gabbana Beauty advisor at MYER, you’ll bring luxury beauty to life by creating personalised, high-end makeup experiences for clients. You’ll share your expertise in cosmetics and skincare, inspire confidence, and build lasting relationships while representing one of the world’s most iconic fashion and beauty brands
About the role:
Provide personalised makeup consultations and services to clients, enhancing their look and confidence.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of Dolce & Gabbana cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance products.
Deliver exceptional client experiences, offering guidance on product selection and application techniques.
Stay up-to-date with latest beauty trends, techniques, and brand launches.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Achieve and exceed individual and counter sales targets.
Ensure the makeup counter is impeccably presented, stocked, and aligned with brand standards.
Assist in training and mentoring team members on product knowledge and makeup techniques.
Support in-store events, launches, and promotional activities.
Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards during all makeup services.
