10-14 years of professional experience as Business Analyst with extensive experience in Payments domain.
Experience of high-availability, large-scale payments-related systems, in financial services
Working knowledge on flow of transactions of Payment channels; switches, domestic/international schemes, issuer/acquirer/bilateral hosts, networks.
Experience around various messaging standards SWIFT, ISO, XML, IFX
Understanding of security components around payments value chain eKYC, Fraud Management, AML, PCI DSS
Exposure to latest digital payment trends virtual cards, digital wallets, social app payments, connected payments
• Technology conversant and aware of major technology trends in the Financial Services industry
• Experience in working on any two or more Payments product implementation, Data Management, Testing, Cloud Transformation based assignments.
• Expertise in atleast one Payments product
• Strong experience in Agile Scrum concepts like Scrum team, Product backlog, Sprint planning, Sprint Retrospective, User stories, Daily standup, Burn down charts etc.
• Expertise in facilitation of interviews, conference, workshops in Joint Requirement Planning (JRP), Joint Application Development (JAD) and Rapid Application Development (RAD) sessions.
• Extensive experience in UML modeling using MS Visio, MS Project. Expert with creating Use Case Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams and Activity Diagrams.
• Experienced in working with Cross Functional Teams and interacting with all levels of management for requirements.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate effectively along vertical and horizontal planes internally and in client organizations
