Participate in solution architecture workshops.Job Description: -Total Experience: At least 15-20 years in Insurance domain.Deep understanding of IRDA regulationsDeep understanding of defining business processesShould have worked as business analyst / functional consultantShould have been a functional consultant or specialist for large scale IT programs in Capital Markets and Regulatory domainShould have experience in translating the business requirements into IT specifications.Should have experience in implementing at least 3 large programs in a similar role and domainShould have experience of more than 7 years as business analyst / functional consultant in large projects of similar natureWork with IT teams in defining and finalizing the technical solution which complies to the functional requirementsMBA Finance, IIT, IIM, BTech, MTech
