Luxuria Cleaning Limited – Auckland
Do you enjoy keeping spaces clean and feeling proud of your work? We’re looking for a positive and reliable Cleaner to join our friendly team. A mix of commercial and residential cleaning, with training provided.
The successful applicants will be responsible for delivering high quality cleaning services to commercial and residential clients. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Core Cleaning Tasks
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, wiping, and sanitising all allocated areas
Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas
Emptying bins and disposing of rubbish in accordance with site and council requirements
Cleaning and disinfecting bathroom and laundry fixtures, and replenishing consumables (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.)
Following site specific cleaning schedules, checklists, procedures, and client instructions
Identifying and reporting hazards, damages, maintenance issues, or stock shortages to management
Ensuring all work areas meet company cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards at all times
Specialist Cleaning Tasks
Operating commercial and industrial cleaning equipment safely and correctly
Using commercial vacuum cleaners for floors, work areas, and machinery
Carpet cleaning using powder, liquid, and steam cleaning methods
Window, glass, and mirror cleaning (internal and external, where applicable)
Spot cleaning and responding promptly to spills, stains, or emergency cleaning requests
Work Expectations
Work efficiently, safely, and independently after training
Maintain a professional attitude with clients and team members
Be available for on call or one off jobs (with prior notice)
Job Requirements
Essential Requirements
Own reliable transport, must have a full NZ driver’s licence (clean record required)
Able to provide a pre employment drug test (if requested)
Must pass a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) background check
Ability to work split shifts: 4 AM - 11 AM & 7 PM – 11 PM
Physically fit and capable of manual cleaning tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high hygiene standards
Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to long term employment
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be a NZ Citizen, Resident, or hold a valid full time work visa
Preferred (Not Essential)
Previous cleaning experience
Experience using commercial or industrial cleaning equipment
Good communication skills

Honest, trustworthy, and professional
Strong work ethic and pride in producing high quality work
Not afraid to get their hands dirty and tackle challenging tasks
