Domestic BPO Executive..
Job Summary:
The Domestic BPO Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls within the domestic market to support various business processes such as customer service, sales, and collections. The role involves interacting with customers to address their queries, provide product or service information, promote sales, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The executive must maintain a polite and professional communication style, meet performance targets, and adhere to company policies and quality standards.
Job Requirements:
- Work Location: Bommanahalli, Tin Factory, Whitefiled,Bengaluru
-Shifts: 6days working/ 1 day rotational Week Off( Day shift)
-Fresher/Experienced both are also welcome.
-Any graduates are fine, for experience undergraduate we can take.
-Language: English+ Hindi/ English + Any south Indian Language (Hindi should be fluent in this role)
-For sales, we need min 1 year of experience in inside sales.
-Salary: Fresher( 18K+ Incentives)/ Experienced( 25k+ Incentives)(If person have more than 2 years of experience in inside sales they will get 32k+ Incentives).
-For customer support we need good Hindi+ English Candidates.
-If candidate are experienced they should have proper relieving documents from previous organization.
- Immediate Joiners Only
- Candidate who are in Bangalore are only preferred.(No relocation allowed).
