Position Overview:We are looking for a diligent and customer-oriented Domestic Calling Agent- Female to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communications through inbound and outbound calls, addressing queries related to our financial products, ensuring timely responses, following up with clients, and conducting online meetings to understand and meet their basic requirements. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our financial products, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication: o Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards clients at all times. o Respond to client queries regarding financial products, account details, and services offered. o Keep records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Follow-Up: o Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. o Proactively identify and address clients needs and potential issues. Online Meetings: o Schedule and conduct online meetings with clients to discuss their financial needs, explain product features, and recommend solutions tailored to their requirements. o Prepare and present product proposals and quotes, as needed. Product Knowledge: o Develop a thorough understanding of all financial products and services offered by the company. o Stay updated on new products, services, and policy changes to provide accurate information to clients. Performance Goals: o Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. o Provide feedback to the management team on the efficiency of the client service process. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or relevant certifications in finance or customer service are a plus.( B.com ) Proven experience as a calling agent or in a customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in English (verbal and written). Comfortable with technology and conducting online meetings.
