Domestic Cleaner – Residential
Casual | School-Hours Friendly | Immediate Start
Clean My Castle is a professional residential cleaning business servicing Adelaide’s northern suburbs. We’re owner-led, well organised, and known for quality, consistency, and respectful long-term clients.
We’re currently looking for a reliable domestic cleaner to help support our growing workload. This role suits someone who enjoys structured work, takes pride in doing a job properly, and wants clear expectations (no guessing games).
We are building a stable, long-term team and are looking for people who want to grow with the business over time.
About the role
Casual weekday position only
Residential homes (no commercial sites)
Work mostly between 8am – 6pm, with school-hours options available
Fortnightly roster Monday to Friday
Immediate start for the right person
All equipment and products supplied
Clear training using Clean My Castle checklists and systems
We are building a long-term team and love promoting loyal staff into area-lead roles as we grow.
This Role Would Suit You If You
Have some domestic cleaning experience (or similar hands-on work)
Are reliable, punctual, and detail-focused
Enjoy calm, organised systems
Can work independently and as part of a small team
Communicate respectfully with clients and team
We especially welcome parents returning to work who love tidy homes and structured routines
Essential Requirements
Current right to work in Australia
Valid driver’s licence and your own reliable car able to transport cleaning equipment
Willing to travel across Adelaide’s northern suburbs during work hours
Ability to pass a police check suitable for residential work
What We Offer
$32.31 per hour casual weekday rate (Cleaning Services Award MA000022)
Superannuation paid at 12% on top
Paid weekly into your bank account

Would you be willing to travel outside Adelaide’s northern suburbs for expansion work if extra hours were offered?
If yes, which areas are you comfortable travelling to? For example: Virginia, Athelstone, Windsor Gardens, Modbury, Golden Grove, Salisbury, Mawson Lakes, Fullaton, etc.
Are you comfortable starting with 1–3 shifts per week while training, with more hours as the business grows?
Have you worked as a cleaner under an employer or cleaning company before, or only self-employed/private work?
What cleaning tasks are you strongest in or enjoy most? (e.g. bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, mirrors, vacuuming, mopping)
Which cleaning tasks do you find slower or more challenging?
Are you comfortable following detailed Clean My Castle checklists and cleaning methods exactly as trained?
