Responsibilities
There is a full-time live-out housekeeper on staff and a small crew of grounds staff
The couple with be charged with hands-on house-management duties for interior and exterior, housekeeping, laundry and meal preparation and service
Full responsibility for household management and property maintenance inside and out
Supervise vendors and grounds staff
Perform daily walkthroughs, ensuring that property is in full working order
Light maintenance and knowledge of basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical
Light repairs, changing filters, light bulbs, minor fixes etc
Oversee repairs and small construction projects
Hands on heavy cleaning, pressure washing, maintenance of exterior, pool area, walkways
General housekeeping, cleaning, organizing inside; Daily housekeeping and organizing, making beds, changing linen
Laundry and wardrobe management (personal laundry, linen care, closet organization)
Prepare and serve simple healthy dishes, light breakfast, lunch, occasional dinners
Clean-up after dinner
Assist when the family entertains, small dinners
Running errands, grocery shopping, dry cleaners. etc
Receive guest, taking messages, receiving mails and packages
Knowledgeable in the proper care of all surfaces & fine furnishes, polishing silvers etc
Keeping the home organize, restocking supplies, organizing drawers, cupboards, pantry
Cleaning and maintaining of appliances and equipment’s
Other requests as needed

Miami Beach family is looking to hire a Domestic couple for a four-day live-in position. The household consists of a couple only. The house is a large single-family residence. The schedule is flexible and could be a four-day live-in with three consecutive days off. There is a detached one-bedroom apartment on the property for live-in accommodation.
