Minimum eligibility criteria to apply to this position:
o Age:
o 18 to 30 years of age
o Education / Qualifications:
o 10th
o 12th
o Graduate
o Post Graduate (Except LLB / Chartered Accountant / MBBS / ICWA)
o Travel boundary limits :
o Candidate should be residing within the local transport limits
o Cabs provided
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Answers inbound&outbound customer calls with a friendly and positive manner and provides outstanding service to the customer throughout the duration of the call.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
o Excellent communication skills
o Polite and customer service oriented
o Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries
o Typing Skills: 15 wpm with 85 % accuracySALARY:
