Job Description
• Must have minimum 1 + Years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
• Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)
• Able to work independently with minimal instructions.
• Good working knowledge on various job portals like Naukri, Monster, CB, etc.
• Experience working with C2C,Direct Clients and Third-Party Vendors / Implementation Partners.
• Work experience on Application Tracking System (ATS)
• Able to multi-task and adapt quick changes.
• Must have strong end-to-end IT Recruitment / IT recruitment / Technical staffing experience.
• Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.
