IMPartners is recruiting on behalf of Roofers of Adelaide for an experienced Domestic Roofer to join a growing residential roofing team in South Australia.
This is a hands-on role for someone with solid residential roofing experience who wants consistent work, a practical team environment, and the opportunity to build a long-term future with a business that is growing steadily.
The role is suited to a roofer who understands domestic projects, works well on site, takes pride in their workmanship, and can contribute from day one.
The Role
You will be working across domestic roofing projects including new roofs, repairs and replacements. The work is practical, site-based and focused on getting the job done properly, safely and efficiently.
This is not a supervision-only role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable on the tools, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.

Key responsibilities:
Carry out residential roofing works across new and existing homes
Install, repair and replace roofing materials in line with project needs
Maintain safe work practices at all times, including working at heights
Identify issues early and communicate clearly with the team
Deliver a high standard of workmanship and site presentation
Contribute positively to team performance and day-to-day site outcomes
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in domestic roofing
Good understanding of residential roofing methods, materials and site practice
Ability to work effectively in a team and follow direction where needed
Reliable, practical and consistent approach to work
Strong focus on safety, quality and getting the details right
White Card and relevant tickets or licences preferred
Driver’s licence preferred
