4. Scaffolding & Formwork: Technocraft has been manufacturing various scaffolding systems like Cuplock, Ringlok, etc in India for over 20 years. Amongst the prominent countries that we export our scaffolding to are USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia as well as several European nations.

Our Formwork Division caters to the infrastructure sector by offering construction solutions for commercial, residential and infrastructure projects. MACH DECK, our Slab Decking System enables faster, safer and more cost effective construction of slabs vis a vis conventional methods or even systems offered by competitors. MACH ONE, our Aluminium Monolithic Formwork Systems enable quick repetitions of floor layout thereby speeding up overall construction. MACH INFRA, our infrastructure systems provides highly efficient and robust formwork systems for construction of monorails, bridges, flyovers, and other large scale projects.

About the Position

We are recruiting for a mid management sales role for our Scaffolding Division. The candidate would be expected to generate sales across India. Prior experience in Scaffolding Sales is a must.

Key Responsibilities

· Establish a strong working relationship with Scaffolding customers across India

· Generate leads and negotiate sales transaction upto fruition

· Work with sales personnel employed in the Formwork Division to ensure smooth handling of common customers

· Work with Costing Team to prepare quotes

· Provide Market Intelligence on the Scaffolding Industry to Reporting Manager and associated Team

· Prepare and circulate MIS as required for performance monitoring

· Manage the relationship with existing Scaffolding Distributors in India

Skills and Qualification requirements

· Atleast 5 years of relevant work experience in Scaffolding Sales

· Good understanding of the Scaffolding market specifically in India
