As a Domestic Technical Recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical positions within our organization, focusing on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our Hyderabad operations. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure a seamless hiring process
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably for domestic (India-based) roles.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and industry requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media sourcing.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
