Job Description
It's an Outbound calling process.
• Doing verification of leads
• Marketing of our Paid Services to Existing Clients/New Sales.
• Collect customer data via websites, email, phone (in case of important customers) and add it to the portal.
• No cold calling, No field job, only office job.
• Customer support tasks.
• Come up with ideas for new features and enhancements for the portal based on self and customer input.
What we are looking for
• Excellent English, Hindi language and communication skills.
• Good general knowledge, a curious mind and ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
• Tech/Internet savvy.
• Experience in internet/web marketing, research and analysis, with an ability to identify and communicate with clients.
