Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Domestic Tour Packages - Sales & Operations Executive. This role involves managing end-to-end sales and operations for domestic travel packages, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients from inquiry to post-tour support.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding domestic tour packages via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate travel options and itineraries.
Prepare and send customized tour quotations and follow up to close leads.
Maintain and grow relationships with B2C and B2B clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Operations :
Coordinate all aspects of the tour including hotel bookings, transport, sightseeing, and meals.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and tour guides for smooth tour execution.
Prepare detailed itineraries, travel documents, and vouchers for clients.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints during and after the tour.
Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and customer expectations.
Qualifications:
Graduate in Travel & Tourism or any relevant field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in domestic tour operations/sales preferred.
Strong knowledge of Indian travel destinations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel software (like Amadeus, Galileo, etc., if applicable).
