Vitalant is seeking a Donor Care Technician III dedicated to making a positive difference. As a Donor Care Tech III, you’ll get to:
• Perform donor interviews and appropriately determine donation eligibility.
• Participate in donor rebooking activities.
• Perform whole blood, double red cell, platelet and plasma phlebotomy of donors in accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
• Works as part of a team to achieve daily team production goal. Assists and supports other team members, as required.
Requirements
• Great customer service and interpersonal skills
• Active driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High School Graduate or GED
• Six (6) months previous experience as a Donor Care Tech
• To include training and competent on Trima Blood Collection Systems
• Ability to travel as required
• Able to lift 40lbs
