Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
· Ability to use basic hand tools, and mechanical ability considered an asset.
· Ability to complete forms, logs and paperwork as required.
· Ability to complete installations as listed in the job description.
· Familiarity with door mechanics and reading blueprints.
· Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
· Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally.
· Ability to work cooperatively with others to set goals, resolve conflicts and make decisions that enhance the effectiveness of Major Installs.
