Regenta by Royal Orchid in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, is looking for a courteous and professional Doorman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guests are welcomed warmly and provided with excellent service from the moment they arrive at the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome all guests and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Assist guests with opening doors, luggage handling, and providing directions within the hotel.
• Ensure the hotel's entrance area is kept clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Coordinate with the front office and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Assist with valet parking and vehicle management when necessary.
• Maintain a professional and polished appearance in line with hotel standards.
Requirements:
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage handling.
• Candidates must be based in Uttarakhand or willing to relocate.
