Job Description:
As a Doorman at the Bulgari Hotel London, you will serve as the first point of contact, offering a warm and gracious welcome to our esteemed guests. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth arrivals and departures, providing exceptional service while embodying the sophistication and charm synonymous with the Bulgari brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet all guests with elegance and professionalism upon arrival and departure.
• Open doors and assist with luggage, packages, or any special requests.
• Coordinate with the concierge and reception team to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure the entrance and surrounding areas are immaculate and well-presented at all times.
• Assist with car arrangements, valet parking services, and transportation needs.
• Offer assistance and directions to guests, providing knowledgeable insights on the local area.
• Maintain the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality for high-profile guests.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment is preferred.
• Valid UK driving license is essential for this role, as assisting with valet services is required.
• Strong communication skills and a welcoming, service-oriented approach.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Knowledge of the local area and a keen attention to detail.
