Doosan Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Minimum of 3-5 years working with Doosan heavy machinery or similar brands.
Location: Guyana South America

Roles and Responsibilities :
• Dismantle and reassemble Doosan engines, including diesel engines, for maintenance, repair, or overhaul purposes.
• Ensure proper alignment, torque specifications, and assembly procedures as per Doosan guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication of machinery components.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical system issues in Doosan equipment.
• Conduct periodic inspections to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
• Inspect engine components such as pistons, crankshafts, and cylinder heads to identify wear, damage, or malfunctions.
• Use diagnostic tools to pinpoint issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Repair or replace faulty engine parts, including injectors, valves, camshafts, and gaskets.
• Ensure all replacements are genuine Doosan parts to maintain machinery integrity.
• Collaborate with hydraulic and electrical specialists to ensure seamless integration of engine components with machinery systems.
• Address any engine-related issues impacting hydraulic or electrical performance.
• Provide on-site engine repair and servicing for heavy equipment as needed.
• Respond promptly to urgent repair requests to minimize equipment downtime.
• Relevant certifications in heavy equipment maintenance and repair are preferred.
