Bayou Gold Logistics, LLC is a Delivery Service Partner(DSP) with a major corporation looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver packages. Driver Helpers strive to get every order to the customer’s door on time and assist their driver with deliveries. We offer full-time opportunities.
This is not a driving job, but a helper position.
Approximate hours are 10:15am to 7:45pm. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 6 days per week.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Use a handheld device for routing information, and customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
• Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Lift packages that are more than 50lbs with help.
• Able to get in and out of box truck and walk up and down stairs through your shift.
• Compensation & Benefits
• $16.50/hr
• Paid Training
• Basic Requirements:
• Eligible to work in the U.S
• At least 18 years of age
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
• Clean background
