• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Implement RESTful APIs and secure web services for data exchange.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and usability.
• Participate in requirement gathering and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Write and maintain documentation related to application development, APIs, and processes.
• Perform unit testing and maintain test coverage for all application modules.
• Optimize existing backend services for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement security measures to safeguard applications and data.
• Engage in continuous learning and stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks.
• Coordinate with DevOps teams for application deployment and CI/CD integration.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues as they arise.
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment, attending daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute towards team knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in .NET application development, particularly with ASP.NET MVC.
• Strong proficiency in C# programming language.
• Experience with SQL Server and database design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework or similar ORM tools.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of modern front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Prior experience with cloud-based technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit, MSTest) is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.
