Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced .NET Core Developer to join our dynamic software development team. As a .NET Core Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using the .NET Core framework. Your primary focus will be on building scalable, secure, and efficient applications that meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze software requirements.
Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions using the .NET Core framework.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance.
Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to software design, implementation, and testing.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the .NET Core ecosystem and apply them to enhance the development process.
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements to streamline software development and delivery.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers when necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a .NET Core Developer or a similar role, with a strong track record of designing and developing successful software applications.
In-depth knowledge of the .NET Core framework, C#, and object-oriented programming principles.
Proficiency in web application development using ASP.NET Core MVC or Razor Pages.
Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
Familiarity with databases and experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases.
Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills (not mandatory but a plus):
Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and related frameworks such as ASP.NET Core Web API.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
Understanding of security principles and best practices in application development.
