Minimum 10 to maximum 14 years of development experience in .NET
Strong in C#, OOPS and .NET Framework, MVC Frameworks, Web API Nice to have : LINQ, Entity Framework, .NET Core, Angular
Basics in design/architectural patterns
Basics of Database Schema, SQL Server
Basics of HTML5/CSS3
Basics of Sprint/Agile Methodologies
Basics of Deployments
Should pay attention to details, willing to work in a team/ as an individual
Should be flexible enough to learn new frameworks
Must know how to do troubleshooting, debugging, any source control knowledge (BitBucket, TFS, GitHub)
Optional:
Excellent client communication skills - Email etiquettes
Telerik, DevExpress tool knowledge
Project Management tools knowledge ex. JIRA, TFS
Basics of Cloud services

Even ASPX ASP.NET is fine instead of the latest MVC Framework
Even Visual Basic.NET is fine instead of C#
