1. Must have a good understanding of ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET
2. Excellent Microsoft.NET technical issue diagnosis and problem-solving skills
3. Strong database (SQL Server / MySQL ) skills
4. Must have exposure to Web Servers / Application Servers
