1. Minimum no. of work experience: 4 yrs
2. Professional Qualification: Minimum graduate in any stream
3. Technical skill set:
1. .Net Core
2. MVC
3. MSSQL Server
4. Competency:
1. At least 2 year in supporting live business critical transaction oriented applications
2. Able to understand and communicate thoughts / designs / ideas / specs in an unambiguous manner
3. System decomposition
1. able to visualize and design complex systems with multiple product lines and integrations with external systems.
2. Should be able to design operations support systems like monitoring, reporting, failovers etc…
4. Problem decomposition: Use of appropriate data structures and algorithms and comes up with generic / object oriented code that encapsulate aspects of the problem that are subject to change
5. Code organization, source controlling, defensive coding, error handling, IDE, API, scripting, DB design, codebase knowledge
6. Requirement analysis: Able to suggest better alternatives and flows to given requirements (based on previous experience).
5. Soft Skills:
1. Job task planning & organizing
2. Work well independently and within a team environment
3. Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
4. Continues learning
5. Efficiently multi-task
6. Ability to interact and provide good customer service for clients and internal staff
7. Strong time management responsibility
8. Ability to work independently with complete accountability and without constant supervision
+. Strong analytical skills
10. Good co-ordination skills
6. Added knowledge (optional)
1. Languages exposed: apart from the above need (basic), if the resource has added knowledge of other programming language it would be a bonus.
2. Tools knowledge: has actually written tools and scripts
