THE ROLE
Product Analysis and Customer Support as the name indicates, provides support to clients using Temenos products which includes clients in the Implementing stage & clients already live on Temenos products. All support requests from these clients are handled by PACS
Key Responsibilities
• Develop high-quality software design and architecture.
• Identify, prioritize and execute tasks as per the client needs.
• Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.
• Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting. Review and debug code.
• Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users.
• Studying & analyzing systems flow, data usage and work processes, investigating problem areas.
• Maintenance of the Temenos Customer Support Portal and its related applications.
• Work collaboratively with others to achieve goals
Skills & Experience
• BE/BTech/MCA candidate with 4 to 6 years of coding experience from anyone of the following - .NET, ASP.NET, JAVASCRIPT, SQL SERVER, RESTFUl API SERVICES, plus to have sharepoint knowledge
• Candidate willing to work as individual contributor role
• Looking for candidates with less notice period
• Hybrid work policy – 3 days from office and 2 days from home
